I'm an easy going person who gets along with all personalities. I truly enjoy being a caregiver especially when it is 1:1 and you get to give the individual your full attention. I became a CNA in 2010 and worked as one until 2016 when I became a Registered Nurse. I am continuing with prn nursing along with caregiving. The thing I enjoy most about providing care to others is the fact that I am able to help families who may be struggling. I value promoting quality of life to those I assist. I pride myself in the care I provide. I know that any 'patient' of mine is going to receive respect, support, assistance, proper hygiene , safety precautions, guidance and education, great communication, attention to details/changes, medication safety, safe transportation and so much more. I am CPR certified. I am reliable, hard working, caring and can be flexible.

I love being a caregiver, I love the fact that I can go to work and know I helped someone. I have 5 years of experience as a caregiver and 2 years as a med passer. So about 7 years all today. I started when I was 16. My dream is to be a nurse and help more people when they need it.

Hello all! :) My name is Hope Larson, and I am 22 years old, born and raised in Weston, WI with a loving family of 6! A little fun fact to share... both of my parents are deaf, making our family fluent in American Sign Language. I have been a CNA with the same company for almost 6 years now, and absolutely love it! I primarily work on the dementia units, but also have experience working long-term Care, rehab, and the vent units. I am more than halfway done with nursing school, and am on track to receive my LPN license this month, upon passing my boards. I was actually providing in-home care for one of my nursing instructor's parents, whom happened to have progressing dementia, up until recently due to passing away. After this experience, I realized that I have a love for private care - being able to focus all of my time one patient and truly get to know their personality, their likes and dislikes, and learn their history and hear their stories without the time rush we have when in a facility. It truly makes a difference in a person's overall health when they're getting that uninterrupted holistic care. I have such a passion for caring for others and simply making people smile; life's just too short not to! Hi there. I have been doing care giving for over 8 years. Whatever task I am assigned to do, I always make sure I give it my 100%. What attracted me to do in home care giving was the thought of helping someone that needed it, and the variety that goes along with it. I absolutely love to house clean, and I would say that is my number 1 stand out job of mine, I have received many compliments about my house cleaning. Something I am very proud of. My personal achievement has been earning The Vision Award from a previous employer, which I have hanging on my wall. I have done Personal Care Work also for over 8 years, so all around, I have plenty of experience. I look forward to continue to use these skills of mine to further help out someone in their home and to make sure they are happy and well taken care of.

Hello! I've been a caregiver for the past 5, almost 6 years. I enjoy helping others and ensuring they are well taken care of. Which is why I will be going to school as a nurse. I am very patient and understanding, I will not rush others, and will always make sure they are safe. I enjoy taking care of individuals in their home because it's more one-on-one, that way I can make sure that person is getting the care they need. It's also nice to be able to go out and do things with the person if they are able to as well.
