My name is Elizabeth Kwesha and Iam a mother of 5 beautiful children. My last one will be graduating next year in High School. Where I grow up we were trained to care for each other no matter they are not part of your family but just offer help if it's needed. I have the desire or the urge to provide my assistance to others. I have the patience and I am reliable and flexible. I became a caregiver because my parents took care of orphans and we had to live with them. So the way they operated was share what ever you have with each other. So learned from them and that's where my desire to help others came from. It is good to give a hand to someone who needs it and at the end of day you feel good if they put that smile back again on their faces. I work with a lady for almost eight years taking care of until she passed away in May this year. I was part of that family we worked together as a team with harmony and joy. I feel that I managed to put this family together and at the end they enjoyed together. I love my job and I take everything I do very seriously because there is someone who watches over us even you are in the closest it's God.
