Hello, I am Becca. I am married and 4 beautiful kids. I am a hard worker and very compassionate about my job. I am a great caregiver because I love taking care of people. It probably all started when I was about 13 years old and I took care of my great great aunt. I used to help my grandma ( which was a nurse) take care of my aunt. My grandma thought that I needed to take care of people when I was older since she told me that I was so good at it. So that's exactly what I have been doing. The most thing I like about being a caregiver is that the people I take of. I love hearing their stories and hearing about their life; it's so fascinating. My personal achievement is that I get along with the tougher clients ; when everyone else seems to think they are mean or hard to do; it seems like I can do it I love the challenge you could say.
Being a caregivers is my passion. I've been a caregiver most of my life. I care and love people to be well cared for. Such as hygiene, health, hair care and how my clients might feel about things. Neve wanting them to feel left out or l only at any point! Most of all feeling safe and secure. I won't leave my clients family feeling unsecured I'll be their for you when I'm due to arrive ten minutes early or on time. Just know that you can count on me.
I am a compassionate, skilled worker who can work long hours and accomplish several tasks at once. I was brought on into caregiving because of my brother John, who is quadriplegic, and a handful when he knew I would be around. I learned a lot through specific classes, yet also a lot just by him instructing me. I enjoy my work because it is a passion of mine to give great service to those who cant, but also I've seen what bad or mediocre service can do in the long run. A personal achievement of mine, that I am proud of, was spending a year and 6 months in Biloxi, MS helping the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

I like people and truly try to establish a rapport with family & everyone that I meet. My skills are experienced and I have a "good" touch for personal Care. Cooking, cleaning, and laundry are no problem. I have improved the health of two past clients that were chronically ill through diet, exercise, & good care.
Being a caregiver to me, is being able to help a client where they need my assistance the most and to put the family members mind at ease to know that their loved one is being cared for while they tend to their own daily tasks. I love our elderly friends as they have knowledge and experience that I benefit from, just being around them. Being a caregiver means I can set my own schedule to fit both my clients and my own needs. We were fortunate to have my mother-in-law reside with us for some time with taking care of her during an illness that led to her passing away. I found that to be a time that brought us much closer together in our relationship.
