Hello My name is Latanya Hill I've been a certified Nursing Assistant for the past 11 years, I've been married 6 years My husband is a Minister and at the moment is going to school for his Masters in Divinity. Due to his schedule with school and work I've decided to step away from the hours of working in a facility and pursue in home care. I'm very flexible for working Days, evenings, or nights (preferably nights) 10-12 hour shifts I'm open to! As long as I can remember I've always had a job working in the health care field since high school and I love the feeling of knowing that I'm making a difference in someone's else's life and they're families as well. I'm really big on being on time, professionalism and keeping personal life out of the workplace. One of my biggest traits is having compassion and treating people how I'd want to be treated. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the conversations and learning about someone else's life and establishing a relationship (trust) A personal achievement that I'm proud of is my cleaning company that I started two years back and overall just becoming a better me.
