What makes me a great caregiver is the fact that I have a big heart. I am willing to help others and care for them. Not only am I doing my job, but I create a bond with my clients, it is more than just a job. Being there to comfort them and hands-on when needed. What attracted me to being a caregiver is growing up I watched my grandfather need the help. I enjoyed being there for him to the point where he felt comfortable enough to be in the state he was in. The most exciting part of being a caregiver is creating that bond with my clients to the point where they want me to come back. It is not always about being there for just the job and them needing help , I like being open to them and more like a friend then an employee. I am proud of helping others. I know that with my ability to be there for others good things will come upon me.

What makes me a great caregiver? Patience is the most important thing a caregiver should have, those who provide home care to others need to be patient, have the compassion and ability to help others. When someone has compassion for another they have an understanding of what the person is going through. Why did you become a caregiver? When I help those in need I feel better, helping people will always make me feel complete. What do you like about being a caregiver? Taking care of sick people that needs my help gives me joy in my heart and it let me know they need people to work with them that care. What is a personal achievement you are proud off? I have been a caregiver for over 17 years. I most certainly love what I do. What makes me a great caregiver is that i am very patient, gentle and sensitive to the needs of my clients. I am very caring and compassionate and that is what has drawn me to become a caregiver because people need care and they most definitely need to be shown compassion. What I love most about being a caregiver is the many different awesome people i get to meet and care for as well as their families. I was just recognized for being caregiver of the month from one of my current employers.
