I started out as a care giver in the field for Visiting Angels , caring for the clients by assisting them in meeting their every day needs from cooking a basically simple meal, laundry, transportation, transfers, and companion. I was then promoted to in the office under the title of Scheduler/Case Manager in which I over saw the daily scheduling needs for the care giver and clients and carefully matching up care giver to clients. I also managed the after hours on call phone for the company 6 days a week with another Case Manager. Covering any emergencies for care giver or clients, new client inquiries that might have done in after hours. My final position was the Administrative Assistant to Arlene Petersen and backing up the Scheduling dept. I also kept track of inventory for the office and anticipating the needs of the office staff.
