Hello, my name is Dominique Bailey and the things that make me a great caregiver is my love for taking care of people. I come from a big family and I have been taking care of people since I was 10 years old. I love making sure the people around me are doing good, and now as an adult seeing my grandparents need extra help, I get joy out of making others feel the way I feel when I leave my grandparents in the hands of a caregiver. I became a caregiver when my grandmother got sick and had to go on dialysis, and my grandfather got Alzheimer's and dementia, and I've been taking care of them for about 10 years unofficially and 2 1/2 years officially as a caregiver. I just love giving those in need the assurance that their loved one is in good hands. And I am looking to work evening hours, starting around 5pm
