I am a very sociable person. I love getting to know people and even more, I love helping people. When I started working in nursing homes I found it very rewarding and it still is. I care about my residents a lot and that is what led me to go to school for Cna. I wanted to be able to help them out as much as possible.Being an activity aide helps some residents open up more to me than they would with other people. They come to me to take a load off, get their mind off of everything else. Activities makes their day go a little bit better and that is a very big reward for me. I would love to continue to help and care for people so home care seems like a great fit to me.
