I graduated with a nursing diploma over 20 years ago, and have been taking care of a wide arrange of senior citizens for 11 years in Chicagoland area. My most experience is live-in and live-out senior care of elderly with diabetes, dementia, Alzheimer's, etc. I am dependable and flexible provider of physical and emotional care to the elderly. Hi my name is Ruthy I'm from the Philippines and I've been working as a CNA for 9 years, my first job was in a nursing home for 5 years I love my job because I like to help people especially elderly it reminds me of my grandparents. When I was in a nursing home I worked or experienced a lot of cases like people that has any stage of Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson, multiple sclerosis, stroke and more. And now I work as a private caregiver for 4 years which includes housekeeping, running errands, preparing meal or cooking food.

I became a nurse Assistant because my grandmother had Alzheimer's I needed to understand how I can help I am patient and love people. What I like about being a caregiver is changing peoples lives in a dignified way if makes me happy that I am helping to improve there quality of life. My biggest achievement is my son and education I am open minded people person team player good listener I can cook organize compassionate and always willing to learn new things everyday.

It only takes a special caregiver to take a good care of your loved ones and I am that kind of caretaker who do it to the level best!
