Over the Past 10 years I have had the incredible opportunity to care for families and their loved ones. Starting my career in Alzheimer/ memory care and Hospice, as well working with aging population with disabilities , cognitive impairments & chronic illness such as CHF. I've always known from day one that caring for people and their families was and always will be my passion and calling in life. I have been fortunate enough to expand my education from nursing to EMS, as well as becoming a certified AHA BLS CPR instructor . I have extensive experience with medication management, Vital's and chronic illness management- as well as feeding, lifts, bathing and all daily life care! I am looking to continue to share my passion, experience and dynamic skills in healthcare with a family and loved one in need! I feel I'm a great caregiver because I care about all people and what u can do to make their lives more pleasant and easier. I became a caregiver because I took care of my mother for four years before she passed away and I feel I made a difference in her last days for the better and she was able to be in her own home for the remainder of her life which was very important to her and to our family.I really enjoy helping out and making a difference in peoples lives. I worked in a factory for 35 years and I never enjoyed it as much as I enjoy being a HOME HEALTH AIDE
