Hello, I am Monica and I am studying to become a Registered Nurse so I can run my own home healthcare business, and I currently work as a CNA in a nursing home. I consider myself very patient, kind, communicative, and jovial with residents. I enjoy interacting with them because I find that we are similar. I also enjoy the domestic and physical aspects of being a caregiver. A personal achievement I am proud of is graduating from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.

I am currently in Nursing school to achieve my goals of being a life long care giver. I love the reward of helping people be the best they can be. I am very empathetic and passionate about each patient I have. I wanted to be a care giver because my little cousin is disabled and I love helping her. A persona achievement I am proud of is getting into nursing school and being successful in the program.
Hello! My name is Kayla I am 20years old and currently taking classes at Pittsburg State University. I have been a CNA since 2016, working in three different facilities. I am skilled in caring for those with memory care needs, and those with behaviors. My favorite part about providing care is seeing the difference I make in the live of those involved. Upon the completion of my bachelors I will be attending medical school where I plan to specialize in Pediatrics. The greatest achievement I have made thus far is spending my summers off traveling to foreign countries and assisting in the care and development of hospitals.
Skills & Certifications: Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
I became a caregiver because it gave me a sense of life accomplishment, I wasn't doing it as just another job. I love talking to my residents and engaging in learning new things. I am a very laid back person and I have noticed a lot of my patients appreciate that about me. My biggest achievement in life is overcoming stage four grey-area lymphoma. I had grey area which meant that I had Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin at the same time. But I overcame it I have been doing care now for almost 5 years.
