I was a CNA for about 12 yrs when I was younger and absolutely adored my patients. I had several long term patients as well as doing on call staffing. I currently work in a hospital so you could definitely say I'm a caregiver by nature. I love getting to know new people and hearing the wonderful stories they often tell. I tend to go above and beyond what is needed. Personal achievements-I've raised 4 children (which is a feat!), was a transportation Supervisor for Lextran for 10 years, also taught individuals how to drive straight line large vehicles and prep for CDL, I'm pretty proud of many things in my life and a main one is that I'm a caring person. No patient is a number/client....they are potentially me or my family and I treat them as such.
I have compassion for people. So i could help someone else. Knowing that i make a difference in another person life. The compassion i have an being able to give that to another person that need its. Making it though my clinical

I am a great caregiver because I don't treat caring for patients as a job. My goal is make my families feel as if I'm one of them. I am very caring and passionate, as well as understanding. I build a personal bond that allows the family and their loved one to feel safe and secure in my care. I decided being a caregiver was my calling once my grandmother became ill with brain cancer and I was responsible for her during the days. Although she was my granny, caring for her allowed me to see life differently, love her even more, and build a bond way different from just that of being her granddaughter. I developed a passion for the responsibilities I had and want to help make more families feel satisfied and at ease knowing their loved ones are in good hands.
I have been caring for family since I was 11 yeas old. My mom has diabetes and arthritis. I knew this was a passion of mine early on. I take joy in helping people feel better and looking better. I have been a nursing assistant for 8 years. I love meeting all the different ppl and all the wisdom they bring. I love bringing smiles to families faces.
Caregiving has been a large part of my life from a young age. I was lucky enough to have helped care and tend to my great-grandparents in their 90's for many years while I grew up. As a student at the University of Kentucky I first majored in pre-med studies until junior year when I established that I would pursue health administration. I began my first position as a caregiver (home health aide) as a freshman in college with an individual who is paraplegic. The job entailed taking care of another human-being completely dependent on my skills as an able-bodied person. Not only have I acquired experience caregiving for this individual and others alike for four years and counting, I have also babysat and been a nanny many times during and in between. The other position I hold dear to me is not only working with people but working with animals as well. I have had extensive experience with horses, dogs, and cats from the various farms and vet clinics I have interned for. As a multitasker and a fun loving and caring individual I feel I am an ideal candidate for your position.
I am a mother of six beautiful children and two amazing grandchildren that I adore. I have had experience in medical offices for over 8 years. I have experience working in a nursing home with assisted living residence. I went through my SRNA course and have had a KMA class for medication. I was going to nursing school but decided to stop and focus on my family. I am very friendly outgoing and love to help people.
I am a 27-year-old mother of two. Being a caregiver has been the most amazing field for me over the last 5 years. I have experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia, Diabetes care, etc. As your caregiver, I will be there 100% when needed with proper notice. (Bathing, grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping and other daily activities that may vary per family) My main goal is to make your family feel like my own so you can rest assured knowing your loved one is in good hands. I can't wait to meet!
