I enjoy what I do I love working with elderly people who need my help to complete daily ADLS. While building a personal relationship with each resident I am able to build their trust and also learn their likes and dislikes. I have had training to be able to work with different needs. It's truly a job you have to have compassionate and respect. One of my greatest accomplishments was receiving my CNA and knowing at the end of the day I have help somebody enjoy another day.
