I am a great care giver because I always put my residents need and wants first, I am a very lovable and outgoing I'm always there to life sprits and brighten up days. The person that attracted to being a caregiver was my grandmother, when she developed Alzheimer's I knew I wanted to be there for her in that time of need so I went got my certification in CNA. And after she died I realized how much I enjoyed working for and helping the elderly. The thing I love most about being a caregiver is the affect my residents have on me. I feel good going home at night knowing I was help to help someone and also make them smile while doing it. My personal achievement that I am proud of is the fact that I even went out and took that chance in this line of work because I always thought I'll never do something like this, but now that I'm doing it I don't want to do anything else I believe caregiving is my calling.
