For example, if a senior client can't walk but is healthy mentally, I tell them that their job is to supervise. I keep it as light and fun as possible in a professional manner. When clients are having a bad day, it's my job to make it better! I love working with seniors and children. I stay in tune to their needs by paying attention and listening.
