I became a caregiver to share my heartfelt support and lend that helping hand that my clients may need. I have been in the health care field for over 20 years I started when i was 18 yrs. old so it's definitely in my DNA! What I love about caregiving is the feeling i get knowing I have put a smile on a face and lent a helping hand. It just warms my heart to know that I have been instrumental in a persons day to day care and healthcare needs. A proud moment for me was when I walked across the stage to accept my CNA license and my Medical Assistant license. It was at those moments that i knew i can now pursue what I love to do and do it professionally! I'm a very outgoing person who loves God and Life and Family. Being honest, reliable and patient is what i stand on. I love to read books , take long walks and go fishing. I attend church on Sundays and I love to talk and share knowledge. Health and wellness is also a passion of mine and anything Organic! I love being outdoors traveling, museums and just learning anything new! I'm here to serve and help others all while doing it with a smile..
I am a 42 year old married mother of 1 College sophomore and a Veteran. I have been doing Home Health Care on and off for the past 20 plus years. I nursed my own grandmother through a partial mastectomy and knee surgery. I assisted in hospice care for my husband's mother. I understand how hard it is to keep a job and to care for family members. I am not a fan of nursing homes I feel it is better for one to be at home with family and familiar surroundings. Please message for references.

I enjoy people. I am friendly, dependable, organized, detail oriented, and that helps me to be complete. Able to multi-task. Helping others is what I have always done, it satisfy me to know that I can help others. Faith in myself that I can complete tasks makes me happy. Enjoying see someone improve or need help with small jobs makes me work harder to see that they are comfortable in their life. I have worked with clients who have had A-fib, diabetics, rare blood disorder, tremors, some dementia, etc. I can tidy up, meal prepare, and see that medication is taken. helping others in anyway makes me happy. I helped a man live for longer than he should have by being able to transport him to the hospital each week to receive 2 bags of blood. There was no cure for him. So sad.

My name is Eva, I have 3 daughters ages 6,4, and 1. I have always known I was going to work in healthcare from a young age I have been very nurturing. I have taken care of my grandparents as well as my husband's and my elderly neighbors. I have worked with many kinds of people of different temperaments and with different disabilities. I have always put myself to a high standard when it comes to taking care of others. I've watched many families struggle through trying to get proper care for their loved ones and it inspired me to take on that role for them and it fulfills me. I have worked with my current employer for years and when she had a stroke, her nurses and doctors did not think she would recover. I spent a lot of time caring for her and practicing her exercises and I was able to get her up and start taking steps within months after being paralyzed and bed bound. I care deeply about what I do and for the families I work with. I just hope to continue to do good work.

I became a care giver when I realized the effect it had on my M0M when she was ill. We did not as family have enough time to take the right care of her, so she could stay in her home and live the rest of her life were she was happy, safe and comfortable. Having a wonderful care giver made her quality of life much better. It also made us as a family less worried and we appreciated all the caring ways our care giver gave my M0M. I love being able as a care giver myself to make a difference in daily life for our wonderful seniors we have. They can be happy in their own homes, knowing someone cares. There is always someone to make them smile, hug them, and reassure them you will be back the next day. Personal achievement I am proud of is to work hard every day making sure my client is safe, happy and smiles when I walk through the door each day. I am a passionate care giver with a big heart,I enjoy doing little things for people as well as the big ones. I have a wonderful sense of humor and I leave my personal problems at home. I enjoy reading, swimming, conversation and listening to stories all our seniors have to tell.
