Supervises the daily operation of a residential home which includes supervision of staff and consumers. Supervises, supports, and assists individuals in the home with performing skills and coordinates leisure activities designed to promote community integration. Responsible for clients daily heath care. Take clients to daily doctors appointments.Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the clients ,Address negative behaviors with a positive attitude. Preform periodic inspection of the facility and develop corrective action plans to address problems. Plan and supervise client activities while onsite and offsite including breaks, work assignments, recreational activities, and other activities. Preform minor maintenance/cleaning (day&night shift). Prepare or assist in the preparation of the meals. Document activities in accordance with agency practices. Maintain confidentiality, as per agency practices and confidentiality law. Preform support functions such as filing paperwork (primarily night shift ) , answering telephone calls, faxing and greeting facility visitors. Giving mediscations to clients
