I enjoy getting to know the person I am taking care of; their background and life experiences. Learning from them is always fun. I love to motivate people; I had a client who would separate himself from the group, after finding out some of his interest I was able to get him to engage and socialize with others. I am self motivated and always do not only what is necessary to take care of my clients but to go that extra step to make them feel special and cared for.
