Hello, well to start I've been in the health field for more then 12yrs. now ,I decided to become a caregiver some time back when i had to take care of my grandmother because i refused for someone else to do so,also I've had the opportunity to assist in the care of other family members and friends during sick times ...So it was after that one day i had a dream that this was what i was meant to do so i talked it over with my grandma and she told me she thinks i'm right caring is my calling . So she told me if i'm going do i should take it as far as i can go . I also have other certification under the Care giver's title GNA/CNA,HHA.PCT,CMT that i'm very proud of .An even more now i'm enrolled in nursing school..What i love most about being a caregiver is helping someone in need an seeing the smile of appreciation from me being able to help them .Or just being there when they need some one the most. ... more
