I am an experienced, supportive individual that is compassionate about working with those that are elderly, physically, and mentally challenge. The things we often take for granted like having full activity of our limbs and being completely aware of what's going on in our everyday lives a lot of the times we complain about minor things, while they battle with not being able do things without assistance and appreciate life much more. I am very sympathetic for those who have family and is restricted to seeing them . I have been working in this field for a long time and have seen so many being forgot about. If I am able to put a smile on their face when we go out into the community or if we are playing board games or even doing arts and crafts then I feel I have done my job.
