Why did I become caregiver, because my passion is to help the sick and ill. What do I like about being a caregiver, is If the person is short term I love to see them getting back on their own feet and back to their old selves, if its long term I love being around people helping them getting to know them. My personal achievement is becoming a Caregiver I was so proud of myself when I finally got my licenses. I been in the health care field for almost 4 years off and on. my long term goals are to become a RN in the next 4 to 5 years . Becoming a CNA was the best decision I ever made taking the CNA classes and graduating high school was my short term goals. now I'm going for my another short term goal to become a LPN, then a RN.
