Responsible for rooming patients, post procedures, wound care, nail procedures, filing/sanding of nails Dermagraft (skin procedures) assisting patients to and from x-ray. Point person for all (18) MA staff. Approving/denying time off for MA staff, problem solving when issues arrive with not only staff but patients as well. Delegating daily duties, helping staff stay in compliance with their competencies. Point person for "regulatory readiness sweep" within the department.
