I worked with a women, Patsy, that was blind, had dementia, was incontinent, and used a wheelchair. I bathed, fed, and transferred to wheelchair and back using a lift belt with assist by her husband Charles. During my care, her appetite improved, fluid intake increased, diaper rash cleared up, and she was able to use the toilet again.
