It helps with many frustrations with everyone and understanding is the key. I'm not just a Nurse or worker, I've always been treated or felt like family. I am determined to go the extra mile to what needs to be done. For many years I have been in school for nursing. In the beginning I started years ago as an aide and my instructor had a vision of me going further. She took me aside and said, " Nakia this is your calling I know that it is in you to care for people. Well since that day I feel like everything she has spoke on is happening.
