I became a caregiver to help others in there time of need. I looked back at my past experience with my love ones and found that I wanted to help not only the resident but family as well to get trough the difficulties of a change in their loved one. I like my job as a caregiver because I love showing people kindness and seeing happy faces when they are taking care of properly. I personal are proud of how open I have become to talking to new people I once was a vary shy person. I have grown in my communications skills so much since I have became a caregiver. I have a good work ethic. I have grown up on farm worked while I was there and as soon as I had my high school diploma I took my cna class a week latter. then I was working right off the bat even before I have my state certification.
