Hello! Let me tell you a little about myself. My greatest strength is empathy. I believe this trait helps me be great caregiver, because I can feel what it is like to be in someone else's shoes. I am caring , compassionate and considerate. My corporate career was in Human Resources, a field that was not a good fit for someone who is sensitive and empathetic to peoples needs. I left this career to be home with my two kids, and to care for children in my home while their parents are at work. Caring for children in my home has been wonderfully fulfilling, but I am now looking to find employment outside of the home, in a position where I can provide quality and compassionate care.
