I became a caregiver in 2005 when my grandmother fell and broke her hip. She needed live in help and the family suggested I move back up to MN and live with her because of my compassion for people. I then began working for a group home for adults with disabilities. Almost 11 years later I find myself still desiring the commitment I have to the vulnerable population. I have received numerous awards for employee recognition of the year. I have volunteered a lot of my time to the company I worked with for over 6 years.
