As a caregiver I would seek to give your friend or loved one the best care in my ability, help them out with the daily tasks needed, and provide loving companionship to bring as much joy to their day as I can. I am a compassionate, empathetic, hardworking mom of 5 kids, two of which are grown and gone. This past year I helped care for my dad, who had a stroke, and I would consider it an honor to help care for your friend or loved one. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the ability we possess to make a difference in someone's life and bring joy to those who are aging. I have a BA in Social Work and have worked in a home for mentally challenged adults which has helped to build my caregiving skills.
