The best part about being a caregiver is helping a person accomplish their goals, and it makes me happy to know i was apart of their accomplishments. My achievements that i am proud of, i remember i had a resident who couldn't walk when she first came to the nursing or she didn't have hope in herself, so i kept on encouraging her telling her she can do and a year later she was walking and i was apart of helping her accomplish her goal.
