At Pathways Memory Care I get to work with dementia/ alzheimers residents and learning how to properly care for them as well as get a good understanding of the disease and how to affectively care for such residents.  I have a good time working with residents getting to know them and their life story and creating memories with them even for a short time... Being patient and letting the residents be independent and do as much as the can whike assisting them when need but also closely monitoring.
