I am very friendly, truthful, honest, and caring . I like to help the individual stay active so they do not lose the ability to do for themselves. I have worked in the medical field for many years. I have handled many different scenarios and situations so nothing surprises me to much. I am not judge mental and I enjoy helping the individual to feel good about their day and what they have accomplished. Positivity and Smiles go along way. No one is perfect However, I strive to be the best person I can be everyday. A personal achievement of mine was when I worked with an individual who was non verbal and he had a lot of behaviors and he could be very mean. I spoke to him and treated him like he was the same as everyone else. I cooked a special dinner for him and made it all homemade from scratch and he watched me make the whole meal. When I served him he looked at me took a bite then reached over and grabbed my arm gently and kissed my arm and he smiled so big. It took about a month to get that acceptance from him. When he finally accepted me it made me tear up. I felt so accomplished because this guy ran off so many Direct support Professionals. I felt as though I could do anything because of the wonderful feeling of gratitude and gratefulness that I received from that individual.

I am an outgoing person full of compassion and always willing to listen. Been working as a caregiver since 2005 and love what I do. I enjoy getting to know people and hearing stories of their lives. I am depednable and punctual and willing to go the extra mile.

I love to go above and beyond for my clients and the family seeing my clients happy and thankful for my work brings me a lot of joy .I think what attracts me to be a caregiver is that I give my clients the one on one time they need ... I have always been naturally caring. It was in 2010 when I felt the calling. 2011 I went to school to get my CNA license. I took care of my daughter who was undergoing treatment at the time. In 2013 I officially used my license at a local rehab facility. It was hard to leave my patients at the rehab facility who I had became close to and loved. 2015 I started to work at Sierra View where I floated to multiple departments. During that time I gain a better knowledge of how to take care and treat my patients. I and now looking to help a family in need to take care of their love one.

I believe that elderly and mentally disable children/ adults need are help and need a passionate person that understand there condition that need are help through life they deserve when there families need the help. I have always treated my clients as i would treat my own family with love and patience with sympathy and empathy.

I enjoy helping people. I am currently in schooling to become a registered nurse, and I have always been drawn to taking care of others and providing assistance in a kind and professional way.

I am a former RN that is awaiting reinstatement of license. I received a DUI in 2016 that ultimately was dismissed. I needed to work on "myself" before returning to my chosen field. I'm 37 years old , I started caregiving at the age of 19 . Growing up I always wanted to help others that needed care at the comfort of their home . My mom has epilepsy and it was very difficult for her being in and out of hospitals . Being younger I learned to maintain her daily needs at the comfort our home .
