I'm a very compassionate, loving , kind, intelligent, loyal, dependable, well adjusted , hard working ,trustworthy woman. I have my Stna license. I have first aide . CPR. I've done caregiving since I graduated in 1996. I've always enjoyed knowing I'm making people smile and have a better day. It just takes one person to change the world. Especially with a smile.

I am going on my third year of college, and my third college as well. I am finishing up my surgical nursing degree at Marion Technical College with a Surgical Technician certification and a phlebotomy certification as well. I have spent time in caring for my grandmother while she was in and out of the hospital, and I will provide compassionate care to those who need. My job as a future nurse is to provide comfort and love to patients varying different health conditions. My ideal job profession in the future is to work in hospice as well. When I was younger, I had a heart disease and my life-long goal is to give back to nurses and patients with 110% passionate and sympathetic care.

I feel I am a great caregiver because I have all my life cared for ones; beginning with being the middle of seven children I was responsible for caring for those under me and then into marriage; I cared for 4 children. After my divorce I continued caring for my four children at the same time living with my elderly grandmother of 93, who had Aleizmiers and her sister, 88 who had breast cancer. Working closely with different agencies including Hospice, I was able to give them the quality care they deserved for as long as I was able to do so. I also have a friend who has MS and she lived right across the hallway from me and I have over the last four years enjoyed helping and caring for her. I have a heart for the hurting and disable. I understand the challenges involved in caring for them and would like to pursue a career in this field. What I like about being a caregiver is being able to make them smile, to remove for a season of time the reality of their present state and help them see a lighter side to life. I combine care with comedy and wit and make what is work - now relationship. When I came to take care of my grandmother she was pretty unrespondent to everyone. After about a month there, she would talk more and she began singing. She still didn't know who I was, but her who demeanor had changed and she was more pleasant and cooperative. I am a mother of four and a grandmother of 15. I love people and though not an outgoing person by personality. I

I like that I am able to help someone meet their daily needs who can no longer do those things for themselves. It is important to me that my clients are well taken care of. 3. A personal achievement I am proud of is continuing my education in the medical field. 4. I am currently a college student studying health information management technology.

I've been a state tested nurse aide for 25 yrs. I love being able to help others, I have lots of experience. When I was young my grandmother use to take me to work with her she was also a stna and she always told me to treat them no different then I would her and grandpa. I'm very compassionate and love being an stna! I've worked in the nursing home setting for yrs. I'm currently working for Hospice and to me it's an amazing honor to be able to take care of others loved ones.
