Hello! I'm Kelly and I'm originally from Texas. I moved to the Carolinas in 2016 with my family. My kids are grown, with one in college and the other has launched into adult independence! I'm a non-practicing speech-language pathologist with 24 years of experience working with all ages and a variety of disabilities, and I have a true passion for helping people. While taking a break from speech pathology, I realized I have an undeniable need to nurture those who have become dependent on others and want a friendly companion to help them with daily life. I have worked with some truly wonderful people, from hospice care to surgical recovery. I am patient (I worked with 2-4 year olds for over a decade!), kind, compassionate, diplomatic, professional, and responsible. I live in Greensboro with my husband and our 2 cats and 2 dogs. I enjoy reading, playing brain games and board games, puzzles, Pinterest binges, coffee, home improvement projects, sewing, crafting, yoga, thrifting, and being in nature.
