About Twailla

I became a Caregiver because I love to help people. I have been interested in the medical field since I was little. My high school offered an Allied Health Science class and I saw that as my chance to start the process towards my career. I like the feeling that I get when I am able to help and care for others. This has been very rewarding. I also appreciate the relationships I develop with patients as well as what I learn from them. Young or elderly, I still take something away from the experience. My personal achievement is that I am currently in Nursing School. I have been on this path for 8 years and it is finally here! I have been a CNA for 9 years. I am a CNAII as well as a Med Tech. I love what I do. I don't see this field as a job. I love to help people. I have had a lot of experiences that have helped me along my journey. I have worked in a nursing home, Alzheimer's care unit, assisted living, home health care and hospitals. I like to be a helping hand and a blessing to others.
