I became a caregiver because i am going transfer to a four year university to become a nurse. This has turned out to be a great experience for me since i have worked in a nursing home and it has helped me gain a first hand experience of what i am going be doing once i graduate. Even before i was a certifies nurse assistant i was looking after my grandmother when i used to stay with her, so some of the work related experience was nothing new to me. With some of the patients i looked after i envisioned them as my own grandmother and how i would have like someone else to look after her if i was away. One thing i like to do in my spare time is play golf. It works out well since i also work at a golf course and can play as much as my heart desires without worrying about the cost.
