What I think makes me a great caregiver is that I have a big heart. I don't like to see people in need and I always want to help someone. I have been doing home health almost my whole life. I would have to help a family member that had muscular dystrophy and another that had dementia. I have been doing this type of work professionally for a year. I have always wanted to help people in some way and I find that helping to keep people in their homes is the best way that I found that I could help. What I enjoy most is just being around the clients and hearing some of the stories that they will tell me and learning new things that I never knew. A personal achievement that I am proud of is having my son, he may drive me crazy sometimes but I love that little boy with all my heart.
