I became a caregiver about 6yrs ago when I took care of my mother. There were two different times she had to be in in a home for a weekend or for rehab. I noticed how many people didn't have loved that came to visit. I was blessed to be in a position to have my mother in my home and to take care of her. I love to hear clients stories, where they came from, and what they can teach me from their experiences. I have gone to school to get my CNA certificate in Pa and plan to retest for NC. I have my Pa license and I am very proud of the fact that I got 100% on my practical part of my exam. I am a very det ermined person, always willing to learn new things and a very caring person that wants to help others in there final days or even help them live as full of a life as possible while they are here and that they know they are cared for. ... more
