I've been working as a Caregiver/ Companion for the past 5 years, after retiring from the teaching field. I have a CPR/ Basic First Aid certificate. I was a CNA in a Nursing Home for 8 yrs. I am outgoing, caring, dependable, compassionate, flexible, and sympathetic. I have 3 cats. I enjoy singing, fishing, reading, playing piano, crocheting, doing word searches, playing cards, doing puzzles, and baking. The main reason that I really enjoy doing this kind of work is because it gives my clients the opportunity to stay at home and be with their family. And, to me, family is the most important thing that we have.
