I became a caregiver because my dad had this ugly scar on his neck after a bad accident when I was 7 years old and I couldn't help him so I decided when I get older I want to be a nurse,so in 1990 I became a certified nursing assistant. I like being a caregiver because I get to help all types of people and make a difference in their lives.my personal achievement that I'm proud of is that I've been in the medical field for 27 years and I became a preceptor and I'm still ready to keep moving to the top. I'm very energetic, reliable ,love people and very out going ,and will do what ever it takes to get the job complete.
