, Hello! My name is Janet, and I have many years of experience caring for the elderly, and dementia and companion care are my specialties. I have also had experience caring for an ALS patient in a motorized wheelchair. I just finished a job caring for a dementia patient that I had been on for almost 7 years, until the family decided to put her in a facility. I have more than 15 years experience, seen all the stages of dementia, and have great references in senior care. I can also fill in during other times, transport to medical appointments, and take on errands when needed. I prepare meals, make sure medicine is taken properly, help with dressing, and transport to other appointments and take on outings. I have done care both at home and in a facility, and so much more. Generally, I do anything that needs to be done for your loved one. I have taken both PCA & CNA classes, as well as First Aid & CPR classes. I have a clean driving record, and have taken drug tests and had background checks as a matter of routine for caregiving positions over the years.
