Some of my personality traits that would help me be a great caregiver is my friendly, upbeat personality and my ease of carrying on conversations with others young and old. The reason that I'm interested in being a caregiver is that I have seen 1st hand by having a 102 year old grandma that is still living just how important the care people receive is. I also was by my husbands side after he was in a near death work accident almost 3 years ago by helping him through it. I feel what I would enjoy most about being a caregiver would be the fact of giving back to others by helping them, because I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of things and what it meant to me.
