In high school I took a class to become a CNA to help prepare for nursing and to assure this is what I want to do in the long run. I have been a CNA for almost two years in a hospital and about 3 years total. I enjoy the feedback and accolades from patients and their families the most. Even on the "crazy" days at work, it is the patients appreciation that makes you want to come back the next day. I have recently recieved a letter from a gal I took care of showing her appreciation for the care she recieved from me during her stay. This is a great example of an accolade. In high school I competed in many sports and took on different leadership positions. These activities, along with working in a hospital have lead me to develop great leadership and social skills.
