Main duties as Cashier: running cash register and credit card machine; customer service; stocking; light cleaning; check in freight (occasionally); develop cigarette order (occasionally); and account for inventory (occasionally).

Main duties during Parenting Time: supervise a visitation between child(ren) and parent(s) ensuring each participants safety and ensuring appropriate interaction between parent and child; documenting the interactions/reactions between parent and child or child and parent objectively; document use of parenting skills and/or techniques being taught; document physical status of home and parent; when needed step in and model parenting techniques and skills being taught during Parenting Time; and ensure and document all goals are being met as assigned by DHHS and/or Court. Main duties during Family Support: teach budgeting; introduction and facilitation of evidence based parenting practices (such as Love and Logic); modeling the newer parental skills and techniques so the parent(s) are able to see it in action (role play); facilitating and implementing of self-care practices; and facilitation of any special requests by the DHHS and/or court; ensure documentation is precise, specific, objective, and reflects progress on all goals set forth by DHHS and family court; be a resource for family based needs programs: IE - help parent find therapist, AA meetings, community pantry, or other services that fulfills family needs. Attend all Family Team Meetings and/or court dates (when needed)

Main duties as an MHA: keeping youths on track for specified treatment program as outlined by youth's Therapeutic Manager via evidence based solutions; talking with the youths one on one in order to deescalate a situation or keep the youth from escalating; talking one on one with youth when Therapist is not available; ensuring PREA statutes are being upheld (by youths and staff); support the Group Living Counselors (GLC) to keep stability in each unit; aid youths in making better choices; working in conjunction with the Therapeutic Managers assigned to each youth by knowing and implementing the therapeutic plan developed for each youth; reporting any observed behaviors, spoken plans or ideologies that are of concern (by the youth); supervising units when needed; intervened when situations became volatile; reporting any and all actions, words, or beliefs that my result in a problem within the facility (between youths and youth and staff); documenting any incidents witnessed or intervened in; ensuring the strict schedule is being adhered to; and facilitating a skills classes called Thinking for a Change and certified to facilitate Aggression Replacement Therapy (A.R.T).

Main duties as CSP: aiding clients in daily routines, including work experience at the workshop and chores; daily reporting on how the clients behaviors and routines were carried out; reporting on health issues; dispensing medications; transportation to social outings; modeling proper social etiquette for clients to follow; carrying out and reporting on programs run; carrying out Behavioral Support Programs; ensuring all goals for client have been met (at Day Service and in home); intervening if a situation gets escalated; fixing and serving meals when in home; and aiding in social interactions.
