I am a mother of 3. Caring for others has ALWAYS been in my soul. I cared for my grandparents as a child just trying to help and be around them. I have been a care giver since I was 15 I love working with the elderly or even the young who just need some help. I am reliable, compassionate and understanding. I enjoy being with someone and knowing I am making it easier for them in what can be the last years of their life. I learn to care for your family members how they want and need and grow to love them like my own! I love to cook and championship is my favorite. My job is done when I know I have made my client feel safe, protected, loved and cared for how they want and deserve to be treated.

I am very patient. I grew up with both handicapped and mentally disabled family members and friends, so I have life experience. I care for those interested to me as if they were family and try to make sure that their family members or close friends if there is no family are involved. I have a happy disposition and smile a lot and try to be positive no matter the situation. I became a caregiver during COVID-19 pandemic before that I was a massage therapist and holistic healer. I have been caring for people most of my life, and it just seemed a natural change over. I am a mother figure most people call me mama. I am just a natural caregiver. And I enjoy, helping others feel that they are safe and cared for. For the corporate franchise that I work, for I have been a caregiver of the month, but most of my proud moments would be of my holistic background, and being the mother and matriarch of the family of my generation. (I do not do heavy lifting so no transferring)

I become a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of elderlies. It is satisfying to see them happy and enjoying life with the loving care I give. I like to bring change to a family - a change that sees improvement from the day I first arrive. I had been a Caregiver for the last 11 years and had worked privately as well as through agencies. Have worked in private homes, facilities and retirement centers. I had cared for clients with different backgrounds and cases of Alzheimer/dementia the most.

I am detailed oriented individual who is flexible & very compassionate, I have high tolerance for agitated clients and understanding the illness or disability of clients over the years has made me patience and Loving. While treating a client like family I am also professional in allowing privacy and What the client and families needs and wants are. I have dealt with a clients of different backgrounds and illness from Companion to bed ridden , Hospice , Copd paraplegic to quadrapeligic . I have references and numbers from my previous clients. Light house work duties and full care of client from feeding using a tubing or just spoon fed ,use of oxygen , bathroom , dealt with incontinence and Use of Hoya. I am a Fijian matured realiable trustworthy woman who looks forward to working with you and your loved ones.

I love meeting new people, socializing and travelling. I decided to be a caregiver because I believe that I had the qualities to be able to do the job. I am passionate, patient, kind, caring, loving, soft spoken amd friendly. My personal achievement was when I took a year off school to stay home and look after my grandad when he was on hospice until he passed, that to me was the biggest sacrifice a teenager could ever do for someone you loved and cherished.

Regardless of whether I am working as part of a larger team or when I have been a leader of a group, I always put great effort and detail into all of my tasks at hand. I plan ahead well, making sure to minimize potential mishaps, as well as always taking preventative measures to make the work experience safer, effective, and above all, enjoyable for all involved. That is my work and life philosophy - doing it well, and taking the proper time to do it well, leads to great results and always builds strength and longevity in all of my relationships, personal and professional.

I've been caregiving since 2004. Everyone is different and so care should be tailored to every individual. I feel I'm pretty Patient and gentle and I take pride in my care and work.

I've been working as a caregiver for 21 years and I really love it very much!!! I went to do my medical assistance and to work in the Dr's office or hospital but my heart is to work in the home of the elderly and part of their life and same to their families ...I am friendly very compassionate of taking care of the elderly , Very loving and understanding I am very passionate of making your love one comfortable as possible as they can be respecting in their own home.

I try to help each client in a peaceful and calm manner and always with a smile and a laugh.
