I want to help my clients as much as possible so they can stay in their own home. I love working with the elderly and disabled you can learn so much. Helping other people. My military service. I am a veteran of 20 years and I feel this is one of my greatest accomplishments.

I have a quiet deamnor, soft spoken, love to take care of people and make their life a little easier. Ive been taking care of people, elderly, children for as long as i can remember. I became a caregiver to help others in their time in need, its fullfilling knowing that i can help someone, even if its just to sit and lend a ear to them. The best part of being a caregiver is seeing the smiles on my clients faces, knowing that i did something good for him/her. It made me proud to hear from my co workers that if they found another client they would love to bring me along with them because they know im reliable and trustworthy, that in itself is a great personal accomplishment i can say i have. Hello, My name is Alexandra Pullin and I have been a licensed Psychiatric Technician since 2009. I used to work in the secure settings of the state hospitals but I am looking for a more rewarding environment. I am patient, reliable and kind. Being able to bring assistance to those that need, as well as encouraging them to do as much as they can would be very fulfilling to me.

I would say that I have inherited my mother's and my grandmother's unique personalities of calmness, patience, compassion, love and respect for the dignity of an individual. I was raised by 4 great people-my Mom& Dad, my Grandma& Grandpa- who have handed-down these good traits to me that makes me a great caregiver. I believe that I have a high EQ -emotional quotient and at the same time I have a superior IQ and I have the skill set, self-confidence, education and great communication skills to excellently do my job as a caregiver. My achievements- I have taken care of 28 mentally challenged elderly people in a licensed facility in Morgan Hill for 7 years. When I moved down to S. CA, I took care of 3 elderly patients (79 yo lady with stroke, 72 yo lady with cervical cancer and a 101 yo vet of WW2 of the US Air Force) I believe that my great achievements are: Modesty aside, I believe that I could be a Hall of Famer in The Holy Eyes of The Almighty God Above for giving special care for the special people I mentioned above. I am a hard and a smart worker. I am an honest, patient, calm, responsible, respectful and knowledgeable worker. I am a motivator, a peacemaker. I consider my patients as my family. I work from my heart. To be liked and loved by my patients and their families, and to serve them with all my heart are my greatest achievements!

My work experience as a Senior Trauma Tech in the hospital Emergency Room for more than 20 years has transformed my life simply into saving lives and caring for sick patients. It has become my second nature to care for life. I have the compassion, patience, respect for sick patients, and knowledge to take care and help patients. I would say that my personal achievement is having the 20 plus years loyalty working in the patient care field and I still want to do it.

I enjoy helping people being able to make peoples lives easier going into a nursing program im a great mother of 2 awesome kids and have been married to my high school sweet heart for 13 years. I am a very compassionate person.ive been a CAN for 7 years and love it!!!!

I think what makes me Good at being a care provider is all my training that I have. What made me choose the Heath Care provider is that my mom and Grandmother were both nurses. I enjoy being a care provider is the people who I have worked for. They are the Elderly and disabled people all have a story to tell about themselves. My personal achievements are that I completed my schooling and I graduated from high school and that I'm an awesome Grandma to 16 grandkids.

Hi my name is Kelly Leavens , I've worked for five years as a CN at Hanford nursing I loved it but the hours I worked I never seen my girls . I started working for Shelly Baird as a CNA in the nurses office were I did daily tasks that was needed , 4 years into this the state changed to were it had to be a LVN , so I was placed in a classroom as a instructional aide , I didn't renew my CNA license since I didn't need it for this job . I've worked at Shelly Baird for 14 years , working with numerous disorders , I have worked with the severely disabled through this time . One of my Students I would care for in her home for 4 years . She started hospice 2 years ago and I put in my noticed at Shelly Baird so I could take care of her full time . She recently passed and so I'm looking to use my skills , I've cooked , cleaned , given meds , changed g tubes , used oxygen she was very fragile , now that she's gone and taken a peice of my heart I need to keep busy , I don't drink or smoke and put my heart into my work , my children are grown and I have reliable transportation and I am available at any time for emergencies as well thank you !!

I became a caregiver because I find true gratification in the work. Creating relationships and taking the weight of caregiving off the families hands is fulfilling.
