Hello, My name is Octavia Mcleod I'm 34 yrs of age and I'm blessed to have three beautiful children. One of kids which is 12, he really is my nephew but I raised him as my son since birth. He is the reason I'm currently in the care giving field. He has hit my a motor vehicle and required years of nursing, therapy, 24 hour around the clock care due to severe traumatic brain injuries he was left with. He was only 4 at the time so this has not only became a job to me it became a passion to me to care for not only him but others as well. I had in house RNs in my house for 5 years until I requested to care for him myself. Being a caregiver provides families with extra support for their live ones especially when families have jobs and families of their own and don't have the extra time to care for a love one that really needs that extra care and love. Being a caregiver allows me to give, love, support, help, and comfort and for that I feel accomplished every day when I come home to my family, knowing I have do those things for someone whom may not have that.

I love helping clients that can't do for themselves with their daily tasks.

I am a CNA working on getting a degree in respiratory therapy. I have experience in LTC and the hospital as well. I can't wait to take care of your loved ones!

Hey, I'm Breanna. I'm 20 years old. I've been a Personal Care Assistant for almost 2 years. I'm very dependable, reliable, patient, trustworthy and supportive. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I have one on one interaction with others. Honestly, I've always had a giving personality and I like helping people. I often consider the possibility of taking care of a loved one because I love helping people. I take on the responsibility and stay with it because I realize I am making a difference in a loved one's life.

I started doing homecare assistance work about nine years ago. I became strong in the field by learning the needs and care to the elderly community and I absolutely love this field. I have my associates in Allied health and Nursing and now working on my bachelor's. I have experience with dealing with just about all types of patients but most of all I'm compassionate with this field. I do have training in CPR and First Aid.

I became a caregiver when my grandmother got sick and I wanted to be able to take care of her. I love everything about being a caregiver. The people I help toke care of their families and now I'm able to help their families take care of them. I love learning new things and hearing great stories about the old days from the patients.When i became a CNA I learned how to stay calm in bad solutions. I'm 36 years old. I have two beautiful daughters ages six and three, and they are my world.

My name is Latroya hayward and I've been caring for my grandmother, which has passed away now since I was 9 years old. I also looked after my Auntie growing up. My grandmother had dementia and sometimes tried to wonder off. I really enjoyed taking care of those two lady's and I miss them. Having to take care of them attached me to becoming a caregiver. I also have a son that's artistic and he has seizures. I have to do lots of things for him too. I love washing my baby and grooming him. Making him smell good. My son is 21 years old and still my baby. The things that I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is giving care to those in need. Making a difference in their life's. Making the ones who need me feel great about themselves. Loving on them, letting them sense that I care. It also helps me in so many ways. The smile that one gives you when they're comfortable.
