I became a caregiver because of my parents in need of care...During a 36+year period I have worked as a caregiver/home-care aide also assisted caring for my parents until they departed. I was taught to honor thy mother/ father and respect others at a young age... I have completed and passed a C.N.A. course 19+years ago and have worked in nursing homes,skilled facilities and rehab centers as a rehab assistant for quite sometime now...What I do in making a difference in helping others has always been a joyous experience. With over 6 years in the health and educational field , I have gotten so much experience that emits through my work. Working with developmentally disabled individuals has taught me to be extremely patient and empathetic. Working at the hospital has made me seen patients at their best and worst.
