My name is Chelsea. I have worked in nursing homes/ primary care for 10 years. I find myself a very caring, compassionate, patient and understanding person. I try to find the good in every situation. In the last year I took a break from healthcare and took a position in childcare. Somewhat the same as care giving but on the other end of the spectrum. I enjoy creating relationships with my patients and giving them the care they deserve. While working in elderly care I found a majority of the staff was there for the paycheck, I can't say that for myself. I felt important as I became closer with my residents as they felt the comfortable with me as they couldn't with some of the staff. Caring for people makes me feel good because I am making someone feel happy and that is important at their time in life no matter what age, Having to have help is always hard and to have someone that understands , is patient and kind is key in my eyes.

I consider myself to be a great caregiver/nurse because I am kind, loving and very reliable. I also love this type of work because I find it to be very rewarding, I became a licensed practical nurse in 2017, I love caring for people.

I am an Experienced caregiver who is dependable , trustworthy, caring and patient. Previous LNA experience at Dartmouth Hitchcock working on neuro vascular unit. Over 25 years experience as an LNA which includes time spent doing home-care with hospice patients, dementia/Alzheimer's patients, etc I am happy to help with errands, medication management, meal preparation, lite house keeping duties, as well as daily living activities. I started my career in health care in 2005, I am compassionate and reliable. I have experienced a lot in the last 13 years related to this field. I have experience with Alzheimer's, prosthetics, medication administration, colostomy, trachs, just to name a few.

I am very caring. I Listen and am patient. I communication with client and company. I keep everything private. I Like knowing I can make a difference in there life. I took a course where I am now so I could give meds. I feel like that was a personal achievement.
