Hello, I consider myself a warm, compassionate person with a gift of patience. I empathize with many because I know what it feels like to need someone one to lend a hand and how difficult it may be to ask for that help when needed. At age 15, I cared for my dying mother and father, and decided to dedicate my life to be of service to others who could no longer care for themselves. I can honestly say that care giving brings out the best in me. When I see a need, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual one, I am challenged to work with the families to help fulfill that need. Everyone deserves that kind of experience in life and I believe everyone needs somebody. I have provided holistic wellness and hospice comfort for seniors in their homes since 2017. By holistic, I mean to include the care of the spirit, soul, and body. I like to motivate and help seniors to find joy in daily life. I guide the client to work through daily challenges and to have peace in their hearts! I love to cook and bake from scratch from different cultures. I also provide light cleaning, doctor's appointments, essential transport, etc. Each client has their healthcare needs and may have a specific health condition. This is very important and discussed thoroughly from the beginning, and I maintain a dynamic routine custom planned for each client, with primary consideration and communication with their medical provider. I include exercise and encourage a walk in the fresh air as possible. I love challenges and love to meet my clients' needs. My goal is to make seniors and their families happy. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them.
