I have extensive knowledge working with the elderly and special needs population. My experience includes, cancer care, colostomy care, memory care, Ms, msa, respiratory therapy, wound care, vitals, medication management, diabetes care, cardiac care, post op care, medical surgery, ICU, emergency care, advance CPR and first aid, licensed cardiac technician etc.

I feel I am a great caregiver because I treat people the way I would want to be treated. first of all I enjoy helping others and making others have a great day. I started out being a caregiver for my son that was diagnosed with cancer taking care of him is what really showed me the dedication and the love I had for doing the job as a caregiver. I love to interact with my clients or patients making there sad days happy and there happy days happier. I put a lot of my pride and dedication into my work to be the very best because I feel that your loved one deserves nothing but the best.

I cared for my grandmother as a teenager and found caregiving to very rewarding. I have also worked as a CNA for many years but currently do not have an active license due to the past recession. I am patient,detail oriented, reliable and enjoy geriatric care.

I've been in a caregiving roll of some sort almost my entire life. I love what I do and have a passion for it. I love being of service to others. I had a gentleman I cared for that had trouble moving his feet and was extremely tall...I asked him if he liked to dance and he responded that he loved to...I said let me lead and he was able to get around with my help so much better. ...proud moment of problem solving.
